useR! 2026 is proud to offer a diversity scholarship program. The program aims at providing financial help to members of underrepresented or historically marginalized groups in the R community who may not otherwise be able to attend our conference for financial reasons. The useR! 2026 Diversity Scholarship committee will review applications based on eligibility, need and impact. We aim to award as many scholarships as our funding allows, providing recipients full access to the conference. We are offering two types of scholarships:

All application information will be available only for the diversity scholarship committee and will be kept strictly confidential. Data will be deleted after scholarships have been paid out according to Forwards privacy policy.
